Quality Overview
Our Quality System is where we place more attention than anything else. Equipped with a 5 axis fully automated Zeiss CMM, a Mitutoyo CMM. a Mitutoyo Comparator as well as a Keyence LM Vision system. We have the ability to provide 100% inspection with detailed reports for all our of machined parts . For any quality related questions please contact our Quality Manager .
Our Zeiss CMM has the ability to inspect within .0001” and run production lots virtually unassisted.
Our comparator give us the ability to view internal features of parts by using molds as well as all external profiles.
Our Mitutoyo CMM is a manual machine allowing for quick inspection and in process spot checks by all machinists.
Our Keyence Vision System allows for complete inspection in under 10 seconds for most parts.
