CNC Machining at Made in America

Types

  • Multi-Axis CNC Machining

Full simultaneous 5-axis motion for complex contoured surfaces in a single setup. Reduces fixturing errors and lead time on aerospace structural parts and complex housings with a maximum work envelope of 40″ x 20″ x 25″.

  • CNC Milling

Multi-axis CNC milling for complex geometries with tolerances down to ±0.0002”, plus EDM capability for intricate profiles and hard-to-machine materials. Robot machine tending on select milling cells for automated production.

  • Precision Turning

Live‑tool turning, 2-axis turning and 11‑axis Swiss turning support complex geometries from prototype through sustained production. Laser marking for part identification and traceability. In-process gauging and probing for real-time feedback.

  • Programming

Full in-house CAM programming team using Mastercam and BobCAD. DFM review and manufacturability feedback on all new programs. Post-processing optimized for all machine and control combinations. Program simulation and verification before every first cut.

    Frequently asked questions

    • What Tolerances Can Made in American Hold On Milled Parts?

We hold milling tolerances down to +-0.0002″ backed by 5-axis Zeiss CMM inspection, dedicated quality engineers, and disciplined process control on every program.

    • What Materials Do You Machine?

We machine the full range of aerospace and defense-grade metals including Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless, Monel, Nitronic, Duplex, Copper, and Brass, as well as carbon and tool steels.

    • Do You Offer DFM Review?

Yes. Our in-house CAM programming team reviews every new program for manufacturability before quoting and before the first cut. We provide feedback and suggestions as part of our standard new program process.

    • What is Your Shift Coverage?

We operate 24/7, with quality engineering coverage on every shift.

    • Do You Provide Inspection Reports?

Yes. Every part ships with a complete dimensional inspection report. First Article Inspection to AS9102 is available on all new programs.
