Quality Engineered Into Every Part

Standards

Certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001—and reinforced by ITAR registration—our quality system is built for mission-critical aerospace, defense and space programs. Leveraging advanced GD&T expertise, our team interprets complex call-outs, integrates CAD-to-machine feedback, and routinely holds profile and position tolerances that many shops outsource. Tight-tolerance controls and full traceability ensure every machined or fabricated part meets functional fit and interchangeability requirements.

Quality & Inspection

World-class metrology at every stage of production

Zeiss Contura CMM With 5-Axis RDS Probe

Two units inspecting within 0.0001" with 5-axis probe articulation. Runs production lots virtually unassisted. Dramatically reduces setup time while maximizing accuracy on complex aerospace and defense geometries with multiple datum references.

Zeiss Contura CMM Standard

Two additional units providing high-throughput production CMM capacity. Full GD&T reporting generated automatically from each run. Ensures no inspection bottleneck delays a shipment regardless of production volume.

Keyence IM High-Precision Vision System

Complete multi-feature dimensional inspection in under 10 seconds for most parts. Eliminates operator-to-operator measurement variation on 2D features, profiles and bolt circle patterns. Significantly accelerates inspection throughput on high-volume programs.

Mitutoyo Optical Comparator

Optical magnification inspection for internal and external part profiles, including silicone mold inspection of internal features unreachable by conventional probes. Essential for thread forms, radii, and complex blended profiles on turned components.

Frequently asked questions

  • What certifications does Made in America hold?

We are AS9100D certified, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and ITAR registered. These certifications cover all production operations across both of our U.S.-based facilities.

  • Do you perform 100% inspection on every part?

Yes. Every part is fully inspected, not sampled. Full dimensional reports are generated and retained for traceability and customer review on every job.

  • What is your tolerance capability?

We hold tolerances down to +-0.0002″ backed by Zeiss CMM inspection, dedicated quality engineers, and disciplined process control on every program.

  • Do you support First Article Inspection?

Yes. We perform complete FAI to AS9102 standards on all new programs and engineering changes, with balloon drawings and dimensional results included in the package.

  • Do you offer PPAP documentation?

Yes. We provide PPAP packages at Levels 1 through 5 for automotive and advanced manufacturing customers with any level of submission requirement.

  • What is your quality shift coverage?

Quality engineering coverage runs on all shifts to match our production schedule. Every hour of production is backed by inspection capability and a quality engineer with authority to hold nonconforming product.
