We machine the full range of aerospace-grade materials including Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Nitronic, with dedicated quality engineers and coverage that supports even the most compressed program schedules. From structural components to complex actuation hardware, we deliver parts that are ready to fly.

Examples of Our Work

  • Precision Titanium structural brackets machined to ±0.0003″ for use in commercial aircraft airframe assemblies, with full FAI documentation to AS9102 standards.
  • Complex Inconel 718 turbine-adjacent hardware produced for an aerospace prime, requiring multi-axis 5-axis milling, tight positional tolerances and complete material traceability.
  • Aluminum flight computer enclosures machined to tight flatness and surface finish requirements, with anodizing and hardware installation completed in-house as a turnkey package.
  • Defense contractor structural gussets and airframe plates produced in high-strength aluminum alloy, formed, primed and delivered to a compressed build schedule.
